What should I bring when my pet stays at Lush Puppy Pet Resort?

At Lush Puppy Pet Resort, we provide your pet with everything they will need. However if you wish to bring the following you may:
*Your pet's food needs to bag individually per meal. An extra charge will apply for "house food" (Life's Abundance Dog Food)

What not to bring?

*Please Note: We will make every effort to return these items, however they may not be returned or they may be returned in poor condition. Please be aware that you are assuming this risk when you leave belongings with your pet.

Which Vaccinations are Required?

We also require that your pet be on some type of flea and tick preventative. Frontline, Advantage, and Revolution are acceptable forms of flea and tick control.

*If necessary, your pet's vaccination records can be faxed to us by your vet.

Check-in/Check-out hours?

Any time during our office hours which are:
Monday - Friday: 7 am - 7 pm
Saturday: 9 am - 4 pm
Sunday: 9 am - 11 am AND 4 pm - 6 pm (For Boarding Pickups and Dropoffs ONLY)
*NOTE: HOLIDAYS Closed (New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas)

Check-out time?

12:00 noon
If your pet is picked up before noon, there will be no charge for daycare. All pick ups after noon will be charged a half-day for daycare.

What is required to make a reservation?

*Please note: Your credit card information is completely secure with us - it is only kept in our billing system in the event that a reservation is cancelled.

*We request that you include your email address when you fill out our Pet Service Agreement.

What is Lush Puppy Pet Resort's cancellation policy?

Contact us 72 hours prior to reservations at 561-745-1719, otherwise, a Room Charge will apply (*Holiday reservation requires 2 week notice).


We highly recommend a departure bath or grooming. We offer a $15 bath for pets that stay more than 7 nights. Please inquire on our full service grooming rates.
